In this workshop, we will write a marketing-focused business plan and discuss all the marketing and branding aspects of your idea before devising a profitable business model for it.
IMPLEMENTING BUSINESS IDEAS WORKSHOP
In this workshop, I impart tools for examining and implementing business ideas and ways to test them in the "real world", with an emphasis on effective surveys and focus groups.

Part 1: Planning the structure
Here we will understand what the expected outcomes of the website are and decide what it should represent to catch the user's attention and make the right call to action.
Part 2: Creating the website
At this stage, we will create both the desktop and mobile versions of the website and prepare it for content addition.
Part 3: Content creation and implementation
After the website structure is ready, we will understand what content is the right content to create and how to use it to reflect our brand values and promise. Then, we will create the best unique sales proposition and implement it in the call to action messages across the website.
Part 4: Launching the website
This is the technical part, where we will learn how to maintain the website, connect your own domain, a branded e-mail address, more Wix options, add-ons and much more.

In this lecture I explain the importance of building a "customer journey" in order to understand their situation and fine-tune the right message accordingly, at the right time and in the right channel.
