Each consulting session lasts 120 Minutes and can be done via Skype, Facetime, Bluejeans, Zoom and more.

I usually get a sense of the expected duration and scope of the process already in the first meetings, but both the pace and the duration are ultimately up to you.

The first thing you’ll feel after a workshop is that you have to get things done fast, as the amount of insights and the level of the hands-on strategies you’ll get, is something that you’re not used to. We start this marathon in an empty room with white walls, and end up with walls and minds full of ideas and diagrams of the greatest strategies.
THE WORK PROCESS
When I meet new clients, I first examine several parameters, such as readiness for the process, potential investment in terms of time and budget, as well as the underlying business idea and/or business model of the venture, if possible. In other words, I try to understand what cards we are dealing with, and asses the strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities facing the person sitting in front of me.
After the first meeting, if there is general desire to work together, I send a quote and a work order. Each process is individually tailored to each client, and each of my clients starts the consultation and work process at a different starting point, based on their current situation and goals. Immediately after this stage, we get started. In the first few meetings, we devise the strategy once we figure out
who your competitors are, what they offer, and think of creative ways to overcome this competition. Then we discuss ways to "package" the product or service in order to overcome the competition and appeal to customers, and devise a marketing and advertising strategy accordingly. At this stage, we determine how the brand should look and what channels should be utilized in order to convey the messages to customers.
By the end of the process, my clients have a strategy that is implemented and working, and in many cases, it already begins to bear fruits during the work process itself. At this stage, we get in touch with relevant sub-vendors and relay our conclusions to them so that they can operate the system we built over time, in an efficient and highly accurate manner.
